Has anybody downloaded RE1 for the Pc? I need help with ISO,RAR, Mounting?
I recently downloaded Resident Evil 1 for the PC from a torrent. It came as .RAR so I looked online and people kept saying to unpack it. I still don’t really no what anything means or what I’m doing. I “unpacked” it with a program called ExtractNow. It only runs on Windows 95 so everybody on all the forums says to “Mount it or Mount the ISO” ( I don’t know what an ISO is or what mount means or how to mount ). I downloaded Daemon Tools which is supposed to be used to mount something. But I don’t know what to “Mount”. After this they say to set the program compatibility to run on Windows 95 <- which I know how to do. I still need to install the game but I can't without doing this first.... i think..
On second thought, mounting means to create or trick windows into thinking there's another CDRom Drive on your comp and to mount the files means to set them as the CD in the virtual drive. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Don’t ask a torrnet question ever aagin its for your own good. But google extracting rar, iso and you will find your answer.
